Part-Time Teammate Needed for Documentary Film Distribution

Join the future of indie film distribution! Filmmaker Jeremy Power Regimbal seeks a motivated part-time teammate to help release Between the Mountain and the Sky, a documentary about CNN Hero Maggie Doyne.

The film premiered at MountainFilm Telluride, winning the Audience and Student Choice Awards, and has since had an award-winning festival run. The filmmakers are collaborating with renowned documentary distribution strategists Keith Ochwat and Peter Broderick, offering the new teammate a chance to learn cutting-edge distribution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partners (companies and nonprofits aligned with the film’s message).

• Outreach to build alliances and partnerships.

Requirements

• Strong research, phone communication, and organizational skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude.

• Access to a computer (all other tools and training provided).

Details

• Location: Hybrid work-from-home and in-person.

• Schedule: 10-15 hours/week, $20/hour, flexible hours (9am-5pm).

• Commitment: Minimum of 6 months.
